Namaste Friends,
Unfold the petals of your heart chakra and you will find the seat of compassion and a subtle form of love for yourself and for others. We often mistake unconditional love for something it is not. Our understanding can enlighten us. Unconditional love, or love-infinite, is a very gentle vibration not to be confused with the intensity of “love” which so easily turns to hate; instead, it is content, calm, wise, forgiving, and liberating. Any practice of kindness, without expecting a return on one's efforts, initiates the blossoming of the Anahata chakra. heart-center, further guiding one on the path of ascension where a human transforms into the purest, most blissful and most true expression of (human)being. It is up to us to seek balance in our lives and in our hearts. 2020 is our opportunity to consider the greater good for all, paradoxically, by going inward. Once a day, to be completely alone (on the mat, in meditation, a walk through nature) is an essential tool to understanding ourselves (our programming) and gifts us with the opportunity to heal. In turn, we change the world from our singular perspective as we align with love-infinite. It begins with the individual. Dhamma (universal form of Dharma) is the omnipresent force that flows energetically through all things. It is the source of unconditional love. It is the law of nature, the essence of both surrender and creation.. The vow we take when we step upon the path of Dhamma is spiritual freedom: freedom of our individual exploration, our sovereignty, by tapping into inner-trust and inner-authority; it is our relentless search for truth and wisdom, our healing of energetic wounds, faith in something greater, and our ability to give space (compassion and forgiveness) to others so that they too may blossom like the lotus. In all, we seek complete presence. Thus, we liberate ourselves from all suffering. We lead the way by being peaceful beings.
In gratitude,
Lauren Nelson
